An awareness programme on the use of Electronic Voting Machine and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail was conducted on February 27, 2026 through a demonstration vehicle from the Collector Office Tenkasi. The programme aimed to promote electoral literacy and encourage responsible voting among students. Participants were given hands-on experience in casting a mock vote and verifying it through the VVPAT system. The session also helped clarify doubts regarding the security and reliability of the voting process.
